Prime Weldz Refund & Attendance Policy

Refund Policy

  1. Down Payments:
    All down payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  2. Full Payment Withdrawals:
    • Students who pay in full and wish to withdraw from the course must do so within the first two (2) weeks of the program to be eligible for a partial refund.
    • A written withdrawal form must be submitted and approved at the sole discretion of Prime Weldz.
    • Withdrawals submitted after the two-week period are not eligible for any refund.
  3. No Notice Withdrawals:
    Students who withdraw or stop attending without submitting written notice will not receive any refund.

Attendance Policy

  1. Attendance Commitment:
    Consistent attendance is a core value at Prime Weldz. Regular participation is essential for student success and program completion.
  2. Absences:
    • Any student with three (3) consecutive unexcused absences will be placed on probation period or may be dropped from the course.
    • Students must communicate any planned absences in advance and provide a valid excuse.
  3. Make-Up Hours:
    • Missed training hours may be made up on Fridays, subject to booth availability.
    • Students are responsible for arranging and completing their own make-up hours.
  4. Course Pause Requests:
    • Students who need to pause their course due to a family emergency or job opportunity may do so by submitting supporting documentation.
    • Approval will be granted at the discretion of Prime Weldz management.
